T.R. Proctor Park
the "reform park" of the Utica Parks and Parkway System. It was designed as a sanctuary for citizens of the city, where they might engage in organized and spontaneous recreational activities.
Among its attractions are athletic fields, Buckley Pool and Bathhouses, Lower Ravine and Motor Road, and Starch Factory Creek and Trails. Today, sports and recreation opportunities abound in T.R. Proctor Park.
