They offer high-quality, flavorful, artisan cheese and specialize in several European-inspired kinds of cheese crafted from Jersey and Brown Swiss cow’s milk sourced from local family farms. Stop in and make sure to grab some of their award-winning Jersey Girl Cheese and Toma Celena Cheese, which was served at the 57th Presidential Inaugural Luncheon in 2013! Jersey Girl Cheese is a creamy, rich, mouth-watering cheese made with 100% raw Jersey cow’s milk. The taste incorporates subtle hints of herbal flavors with a remarkably smooth texture. Toma Celena Cheese is a semi-hard and natural rind cheese that combines a savory nutty flavor with a slightly sweet flavor. This bold taste pairs well with meaty red wines, as well as with spicy brews. They offer the best tasting cheesecake topped with their homemade whipped cream too!
