Harry’s Barn

HARRY'S BARN, which houses the T. Raymond Collins Brewery, is a small farm brewery situated on 80 acres in the beautiful town of Paris, NY (10 miles South of Utica).  Returning to their roots, Harry's granddaughters, Barbara & Cynthia & grandson Richard (Master Brewer) set-up this brewery to be an escape to a simpler time, where one can unwind while enjoying a fresh brewed Beer, Hard Cider, Hard Seltzer, or choose from a selection of NY State Wines & Spirits.  While taking in the beautiful landscape of the old family farm, visitors can enjoy horseshoes, cornhole or even Garden Chess while children can run and enjoy the playground.  Just want to chill?  Get comfy on the deck or grab a seat around the oversized firepit!  Harry's Barn and its grounds invite you to come relax with family & friends in a place that is full of history, and of course, farm fresh brews!  Just remember, Harry's Barn is not just a brewery, its a slice of good old American happy!
