Board of Directors

Oneida County Tourism is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Per bylaws, the Board structure is nine to twelve At-Large Directors plus four local government Directors. At-Large Directors are voting members representing tourism industry segments. Local government ex-officio Directors shall be the Oneida County Executive and the Chairman of the Oneida County Board of Legislators. The Majority Leader of the Oneida County Board of Legislators and the Minority Leader of the Oneida County Board of Legislators shall each designate one Director to be a voting Director.
