Next Saturday, July 28th is the 40th Annual Honor America Days in Rome! The weekend will be filled with so many activities for everyone.
Saturday
8:00 – Kid’s Fun Run (free)
8:30 AM – The 51st Annual Honor America Days 5k Race, hosted by The Roman Runners! Follow the parade route & enjoy the great crowd along the way.
10:00 AM – Honor America Days Parade
1:00-5:00 PM – Honor America Days Carnival with The City of Rome, NY at Franklyn’s Field. There will be inflatable rides, snow cones & cotton candy & a DJ!
🎻 8:00 PM – Honor America Days Concert by Symphoria at Fort Stanwix National Monument. This CNY orchestra will perform popular show tunes, rousing marches, and a celebration of the American spirit. There will be a cannon fire & the ringing of church bells.
🎆 Dusk: A spectacular fireworks display!
If running the 5k, packet pickup will be Friday July 28: 5pm-8pm Copper City Brewing Co. 1111 Oneida St. Rome or 7:00am – 8:00 am Race Day at City Hall.
